Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

This policy explains how Titan Global Financial Holdings Limited ("Titan Global", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. We are the controller of that information.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and, where you choose to give them, phone number, organisation, sector, location, business information, financial bands and your message. Advisers may upload a document such as a business teaser.

To protect the form from abuse, we store a one-way encoded version of your IP address for a limited period. We cannot read your IP address from it.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess whether there is a fit with Titan Global.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence.
  • To prevent spam and misuse of the website.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and evaluating potential transactions and partnerships.

Where it is stored

Enquiries and uploaded files are stored in a secure database and private file storage operated by our hosting provider, Lovable, and its infrastructure partners. Access is restricted to authorised Titan Global staff. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting discussions, and then delete or anonymise them, normally within 24 months of our last contact.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@titanglobalfh.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
